H1Bs get paid the same as citizens yet still have downward pressure on wages. Wall street salaries are never going to happen. Look at computer science enrollment by American students. Surprise, people respond to incentives. Turns out Americans are willing to program.

Definitely, I made that comment based on past observations. If enrollment is up, I agree, Americans should be given first preference.
