I have experience working with a11y requirements in my pervious companies, but all of the requirements are from professional auditing service provider. Is there free a11y auditing services for FOSS?

Are your apps installed apps, or web apps? There is a tool called WAVE that can help expose a great deal of accessibility issues to fix on a website.
