Proprietary devs should use static linking (with musl) or chroots/containers. What makes the author think they are the target audience of glibc?

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with Windows: their target audience is famously everyone and for an unlimited time.

I hadn't thought of that... Flatpaks let you use specific mesa versions, though.
