About us: VersaFeed is an adtech and data feed company for large ecommerce operations. We transform messy product data from enterprise retailers into clean feeds for Google, Meta, TikTok, and other global channels.
Job: You will prospect, nurture, and close enterprise deals using both existing channels and your own outbound initiatives. You will also solidify current agency partnerships and create new ones. As a foundational sales hire for VersaFeed, you will help architect the division and bring on additional sales and biz dev hires.
You: 7+ years enterprise sales in adtech, ecommerce, ad agencies, or highly related areas. If you come from the biz dev side, be heavily revenue-focused not "generic partnerships" focused. Strong technical skills, VersaFeed is an engineering-first company. Self-starter, not afraid to get your hands dirty.

You: Senior dev who's seen (and fixed) enough dumpster-fire code to last a lifetime. Python/Django deeply internalized; ideally strong Vue (or React) skills. Git/Docker/REST are second nature. You’re the coder other devs come to when their stuff breaks: an architect-level thinker who’s rewritten ‘clever’ code into something that actually works. You play well with others and write code that’s easy to live with. Bonus: AI integrations, Py2→Py3 migrations, Snowflake (or Databricks) experience.
Timezones: Primary time zone is PST (standups at 9AM PST). Generally async-friendly but you must reside in the United States.

You: Devilishly strong Python coder and also an organizational monster. Can methodically review massive code bases, manage people, and still contribute to core code base. Expert Python coder, systems architect, and enough devops to "get 'er done". We are a small team and know that you can't be ALL the things, but you need to be most of them and be ready for a challenge.

You must be living in the US and able to accept full time US employment, however, it is a remote job and you will not be required to show up on site except for 1-2 times per year.
