Wow that's a crazy story. That is some crackhead level marketing for something you have never done or proven.

"But he had no experience developing affordable housing, and neither did anyone else at Prestige. Burtis acknowledged the inexperience but said he planned to partner with developers who would secure financing and hire his company to handle construction"

I just encountered this exact pattern. I recently created a new app...recieved an email from what seemed to be a promenant app reviewer on YouTube [youtubersname]corporation@gmail. I said how do I know you are him? Then the weird part was somehow he was able to send me a email from the actual YouTubers public listed email but it went to my spam folder... Then after he told me everything that would be included in the price he said he could only accept payment in giftcards or crypto.

I emailed the YouTuber and told him I think your account is compromised.

You actually can right now on termux.

That is crazy cool.

Nice, this is still used today? I wish the construction industry had a standardized issue reporting system like this.

People are going to skip the need for a software engineer entirely and become their own software engineer. 200/month was steep when we were unsure the agents can deliver shipable code but there is no way it's going to stay that low now that we know it works. I think it's probably worth way more than that.

It's weird how the alternatives are 1/2 gb and this is only 3mb.

No dober yay. Proveryay.

I am in this boat and am a couple weeks from launching. Everyone here is right the last 10 percent is very hard.

The thing is I'm not really sure your going to be able to distinguish how something was built unless the developer volunteers that information.

Added.
