According to the paper, no.

I have worked on CAHSR and I can tell you that some of the extra expense is that State of CA procurement rules are highly complex and cause a great deal of added expense. Bureaucracy creates added costs.

All 50 states should do this. It's violently anti-consumer to price in this manner.

Nobody is actually doing this. It's mainly conspiracy theories. The real reasons for the e-ink tags that spook so many people is to save labor so they don't have to pay people to affix 40,000 little stickers to shelves every week.

Age Verification is very offensive. It assumes guilt and creates risk to no societal benefit. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_privacy

IDK seems legit. Pretty wild for a US IT company.

So what you're saying is that I have about 3 months to switch to Graphene? Really though, is this not the very definition of monopolistic behavior? Did they not just lose a lawsuit over this?

How could they, when Apple has been doing this for years? Same anti-anticompetition rules would have to be applied to them and then the indoctrinated fans (like up to ~30% of the population depending on where you live) will overthrow law and order

Culturally, is Greece really sensitive? Honest question.

And they still have the gall to charge users for services. Disgusting.

That's incredibly creepy.
